What we’re looking for

Our account manager will not only have exceptional communication skills to build and nurture relationships with FMCG and corporate clients, they will also be highly organised and able to project manage effectively.

A strong applicant will have:

  • 3+ years agency experience as an account manager.
  • Experience of working with FMCG and/or corporate brands
  • Ability to map and plan work flow and capacity collaboratively
  • Confidence in briefing a team and delivering client feedback clearly
  • Excellent communication skills to build client relationships and liaise internally with team members
  • Experience of scoping out new projects and work with clients
  • Experience of working to timelines and within budgets
  • Excitement and enthusiasm for food, drink and lifestyle brands
  •  
Bonus points…
  • Experience in the design and/or branding industry 
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience creating decks and /or proposals
  • Knowledge of production processes
  • A demonstrable interest and knowledge of sustainable brands and sustainable solutions for businesses

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee FMCG and corporate client accounts and projects. This includes nurturing client relationships, scheduling work and managing workflow, and briefing the team.
  • Manage and oversee our own internal projects
  • Work with the Accounts team and Client Director to have a full picture of projects to deliver projects effectively on time and on budget.
  • Speak to potential new clients about our services and support on proposals and initial project scoping
  • Be the first point of contact and support for your clients
  • Create and deliver creative briefs with support from senior team
  • Report weekly to Client Director with an overview of project status, project profitability and schedule

LOCATION

The Old Art School, Falmouth, Cornwall.

Continuous collaboration is key to this role, so we want someone who can work with our team full-time in our Falmouth studio.
