Kombu and Miso Soup | Cornish Seaweed Recipe

  1. Bring water to the boil. Add in onions, ginger and Cornish Seaweed Company Kombu.
  2. Cover and simmer until the onion becomes soft.
  3. Remove from heat and leave to cool
  4. Once cool add miso and spring onions.


  • 4 cups of water
  • ½ cup of sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp Cornish Seaweed Company Kombu
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2.5 tbsp white miso paste
  • ¼ cup finely chopped spring onions
