- Bring water to the boil. Add in onions, ginger and Cornish Seaweed Company Kombu.
- Cover and simmer until the onion becomes soft.
- Remove from heat and leave to cool
- Once cool add miso and spring onions.
- 4 cups of water
- ½ cup of sliced red onion
- 1 tbsp Cornish Seaweed Company Kombu
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2.5 tbsp white miso paste
- ¼ cup finely chopped spring onions
