Ingredients:

  • Cherry Blackout Chocolate Cherry Stout
  • Vanilla Ice-cream
  • Cherries
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Whipped Cream

A great boozy treat for a sunny afternoon!

We recommend making this old school float using Roskilly’s vanilla ice-cream, perfect with Electric Bear’s Chocolate Cherry stout.

Method:

Pour your Cherry Blackout into a tall glass about half way full.  Add a couple of scoops of ice-cream and watch it foam.  Top up your glass, before squirting cream on top and chocolate sauce.  Garnish with a fresh cherry & sit back and enjoy!
